This bottling is again a blend of all of our estate Pinot Noir clones, old-vine pommard from the Eola Hills, and perfect 777 clones from a newly discovered vineyard! 2006 Ayres Piper ($35) 197 cases produced
Watch out…the Piper will seduce you with a single sip. Blueberries, caramel, and signature Ribbon Ridge cinnamon spice along with the forest floor influence. This bottling is a snapshot of our vineyard, made from our three producing clones, 115, 777, and 667. Appetizers of goat cheese and figs and a main course of pasta tossed with prosciutto, caramelized onions, and cannellini beans.

2006 Ayres Pioneer ($35) 188 cases produced
Smoky, earthy, blackberry, BIG! It’s a bramble-fest in a bottle. It’s a serious, structured wine. It’s classic Pioneer and, again, it’s entirely from clone 667. Think rack of lamb and wild mushroom strudel.
