2006 Ayres Piper
Watch out…the
Piper will seduce you with a single sip. Blueberries,
caramel, and signature Ribbon Ridge cinnamon spice along
with the forest floor influence. This bottling is a
snapshot of our vineyard, made from our three producing
clones, 115, 777, and 667. Appetizers of goat cheese and
figs and a main course of pasta tossed with prosciutto,
caramelized onions, and cannellini beans.
